These retreats integrate practices of meditation and mindfulness, knowledge from psychology, hypnotherapy and coaching, and expressive group dynamics using artistic and creative expression techniques. For example, voice and movement/dance expression games, dramatic, visual, musical or writing expression, among others. In this way a synergy is created that maximises the beneficial potential of the techniques used and aims at full well‑being.
