The consultations are available in English or Portuguese and take place via video call on a secure platform, making it possible to connect from anywhere in the world. When you book your session, you will receive a link to access the video call. Simply click on the link to join at the scheduled date and time.

You will need access to a computer or other electronic device with a stable internet connection as well as headphones/earphones and microphone (if necessary). During the consultation, you should ensure that you are alone in a private space where you cannot be overheard or interrupted. Each consultation provides a safe space that ensures unconditional acceptance, informed consent, privacy and confidentiality.
