Hypnosis / Hypnotherapy Sessions
Clinical and Regression Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses hypnosis as a tool to promote positive change in a client’s life. The hypnotic trance is a natural state of deep relaxation and focused attention. Which is similar to what we experience when we are completely absorbed in a film or deep in thought. This heightened state of awareness allows us to access and work with the unconscious mind. It is where many of our beliefs, automatic patterns, memories and emotions are held, influencing our behaviour and well-being.
This process can help release limiting blocks and facilitate profound and lasting positive change. Throughout the process, the client remains conscious, safe and in control of their experience.
Positive change starts from within
SAGEmpower offers Clinical and Regression Hypnotherapy consultations. The clinical approach focuses on the present and on the individual’s goals, and may be used to help alleviate symptoms and address mental and behavioural patterns.
Regression hypnotherapy, on the other hand, aims to explore past memories that may be associated with blocks, symptoms or recurring patterns. The goal is to reduce or overcome these difficulties through the understanding, reframing and release of emotions or beliefs associated with memories that may continue to influence a person’s present life unconsciously.
Regression is a process conducted in a safe and supportive manner, allowing only memories that the mind is ready to explore to emerge.
Indications and Frequency of Sessions:
Hypnotherapy aims to help individuals access their inner resources, which may often lie dormant, and reconnect with their emotional balance. It is a brief therapy and, on average, 4 to 6 sessions, approximately three weeks apart, are required. However, this may vary according to the individual circumstances and needs of each client.
It may be particularly beneficial for anxiety and stress, depression, phobias and fears, sadness, grief, trauma, improving self-confidence and self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, and preparation for exams, presentations or professional challenges.
Note: Hypnotherapy can be a valuable approach for strengthening inner resources and supporting personal and emotional development. It may also complement other forms of therapeutic support, but does not replace medical and/or psychological care when such care is required.
