Passionate about ongoing self-development and meaningful experiences that foster positive transformation and genuine well-being. Continuous learning is, for me, essential to professional success and quality, and that’s why I keep my training journey active and engaging. In this way, the work I do is constantly enriched and evolving, through frequent updates and the expansion of knowledge.
From an early age, I developed a deep curiosity about the topics explored by Psychology, such as emotions and cognitive processes. Above all, I was driven by a desire to understand what leads us to certain behaviours, patterns of thinking and feeling and how these can be transformed. I’ve also always felt a strong sense of empathy and a natural orientation towards providing emotional support.
So, it was with both enthusiasm and a sense of purpose that I began my path through Psychology, Coaching, and Hypnotherapy, and also embracing Creative Expression and Emotional Catharsis through the Arts, alongside Mindfulness and Meditative Practices.

Code of Ethics of the Portuguese Psychologists Order
Psychology is ruled by the code of ethics of the Portuguese Psychologists Order. This is a set of general and specific principles that guide the psychologist’s work. These include the respect for the person’s rights and decisions, the psychologist’s professional competence, responsibility and integrity, beneficence and non-maleficence. Among other principles, it’s also important to highlight the informed consent, privacy, and confidentiality. This allows psychologists to do their tasks, in different contexts, with quality, effectiveness and efficiency, based on scientific evidence.
