Coaching Sessions
Psychological Coaching
Psychological Coaching is a branch of Psychology that does not constitute psychotherapy and is practised exclusively by Psychologists who have undergone specialised training in this field. It is a methodology that contributes to well-being and helps clients make positive changes and achieve their goals through a range of methods and techniques.
It begins by defining the client’s goals and understanding their current situation, followed by planning and taking action to achieve and sustain those goals. This process also focuses on identifying and developing valuable skills and resources to support the client on their journey of growth and achievement.

Leadership and Organisational Development
Executive Coaching helps leaders and professionals develop new skills and knowledge to drive executive and organisational change. This process supports the creation of healthier, more productive and more fulfilling workplaces.
Through an initial session with the client, we identify individual needs, goals and objectives, and assess the current professional reality. Based on this analysis, we design a personalised action plan, which is implemented and adjusted when necessary to ensure continuous improvement and the achievement of desired outcomes.
